Hannah & Joseph
14 March 2026 / Thompson Houston Hotel, houston, TexasA beautiful wedding weekend at the Thompson Houston Hotel that felt deeply personal from start to finish. Hannah and Joseph began with a traditional Taiwanese tea ceremony the day before, honoring Joseph’s heritage in an intimate, meaningful way with close family. The next day, they celebrated their Western ceremony at a Presbyterian church, thoughtfully weaving in Hannah’s Hispanic heritage through the lazo. A moody palette of burgundy and green, soft natural textures, and warm light carried through the celebration, creating an atmosphere that felt grounded and intentional. It was a weekend centered on family, culture, and the blending of two stories into one celebration.
“Cindy truly brought everything together for us in ways we didn’t even realize we needed.”
“We originally didn’t think we needed a planner—but Cindy came in and immediately started filling in the gaps we didn’t even realize existed, from vendor coordination to the smallest details that made the day run smoothly. The only thing we would change is hiring her sooner.
She was always a few steps ahead—handling setup before the ceremony, guiding our families and wedding party with calm direction, and helping us carve out time for our first dance when the timeline got tight. She stepped in for the little things too, quietly fixing issues before they ever reached us.
What stood out most was how thoughtfully she handled everything behind the scenes. Even when things didn’t go as planned, she made sure everything still felt seamless for us and our guests. Everything flowed because she was constantly connecting all the moving pieces.”
